Eco-Stands

Professors Teresa Echevarría and Ana Gómez put their Interior Design students to the test and launched this challenge: "To design a temporary pavilion or stand".
It should:

* Host the exhibition of a product and its brand.
* Be open or prolonged to a catwalk.
* Cover the aspects of Creativity and Sustainable Fashion.
* Be based on a real designer's brand.

Guidelines were: green-fashion brand, sustainability, low-cost production, universal design, stimulation of all senses.

And the goal? to create a singular element with a spatial and expressive richness, that, for its design (shape, material and colour) could be a point of attention to the brand and to the theme of eco-fashion.

That's all? No. There were also conditionning factors such as:

- With recycled materials, removable or foldable, stockable in a minimum space, cheap to produce and zero environmental impact.
- for exhibiting fashion and accessories.
- able to be turned into a catwalk.
- for exterior and interior spaces.
- maximum stand area of 25m2, plus a maximum of another   25 m2 for the catwalk.

The results? Just amazing. Seven students met the challenge with flying colours. Please, have a look clicking on the images.
